You didn't say what your OS was or what size
Jaz drive you had or I could have emailed it

That software is over 9 years old. Why would you want to use it? It's
only compatible with DOS, Win 3.1 and Win 95a. Just get the latest
install - even for DOS or Win 3.1 - right from Iomega's web site.
