Hi,

I have an old parallel port Zip 100 drive which I'm
trying to get to work with my machine which has Windows
2000 installed on it. When I install the Zip 100 driver
(downloaded from Iomega), plug in the drive and click on
'Scan for new hardware changes' from 'Device Manager',
my computer finds the drive, but unfortunately I get
an exclamation mark on a yellow background next to the
icon of the drive in Device Manager. When I look at this
in detail, I get a 'Device could not start (code 10)'
error.

I've been to the Iomega support site, but all I find
there relates to removing a USB mass storage icon from
Device Manager and I don't see this in my Device Manager
window. Does anyone have any ideas how I might resolve this
problem?

TIA,
